Little Silver, New Jersey
As Seen in the Monmouth Journal
Little Silver – No matter which surrounding town you live or work in, chances are you’ve driven through the picturesque streets of this two mile town. Whether it’s cruising towards the beach, chasing excitement at Monmouth Park, or grabbing a daily train to New York, many Monmouth County residents don’t take the opportunity to stay and play in a town that borders the busier byways.

The Little Silver Business and Professional Association was formed in June of 2008.  The Association was created to unite the local business and professional community in order to help promote the benefits of shopping, eating and doing business in this charming Jersey Shore town.  The Association is the brainchild of Lori Saybolt, manager of the Woman’s Exchange Gift Shop for 20 years.  Lori had been noticing opportunities for merchants to coordinate activities and help keep businesses strong, vital, and achieve a greater marketing impact.  Lori's ultimate vision was to combine the marketing efforts of the Little Silver business and professional community to provide a better business atmosphere.

Little Silver, New Jersey Residents and business owners alike know the wealth of convenience and quality shopping opportunities there are in their town. The Little Silver Business and Professional Association is hoping to promote its well-situated resources to the outlying community.

Our Association believes that by synchronizing event calendars with the town, creating an informative website, and networking among members, the Little Silver Business and Professional Association will be able to communicate the advantages of shopping in a smaller borough as opposed to larger retail facilities and more congested “downtown” surroundings. Little Silver offers shoppers a unique experience unlike any other small town in the two river area; with individually owned businesses, ample parking and accommadating eateries.  There is a real opportunity for the Little Silver business and professional community to come together and promote this charming town.

Our Mission Statement: “To unite our fellow businesses in Little Silver and augment our investment in the community through business growth and volunteerism.”

“Little Silver has it all whether you’re running an errand, grabbing lunch, or looking for quality customer service; in everything we do, Little Silver has a tremendous sense of pride.”

~ Lori Saybolt, LSB&PA President
